Information You Provide To Us
LOLCB primarily collects information in connection with LOLCB membership and web related registrations. LOLCB will treat any information of its members as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without consent (unless noted otherwise in Exceptions section of this policy). We do not rent, sell or otherwise disclose personal information for non-LOLCB related mailings. If you do not wish to receive the LOLCB newsletter or have specific contact preferences, you may express your preferences by sending a letter, calling or emailing the LOLCB Offices at the contact information below informing us of your preferences.

Correspondence
If you correspond with us via email, the postal service, or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained therein and use such to respond to your inquiry and/or notify you of LOLCB events, news or other LOLCB-related opportunities. Importantly, email and postal address information is never sold, given, or otherwise shared or disclosed to third parties except as set forth herein. If you do not wish to receive such notifications, you may express your preference to not be so contacted by sending a letter, calling or emailing the LOLCB Offices at the contact information below informing us of your preference.  

Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about you from other sources, such as our agents, vendors and service providers, and from publicly available sources. For example, sometimes we receive information from third parties when we process credit card payments.

URL and IP Address
Like many other Websites, we collect information about our users' utilization and navigation of our Site. This information helps us to design our Site to better suit our users' needs. Reasonable access to personally identifiable information will be provided within 30 days. If access cannot be provided within that timeframe, the LOLCB will provide the requesting party a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, the LOLCB will provide an explanation as to why access has been denied.

Exceptions to This Policy
The LOLCB reserves the right to use any information collected via the Family Information Form, Marketing Form, or Audition Form to provide information to the LOLCB member families through avenues such as rosters, etc.

By using this Site, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use and/or any other agreement that we might have with you. If you do not agree to any of these terms and conditions, you should not use this Site or any LOLCB benefits. You agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use, or any other agreement we have with you, will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. You also agree to arbitrate such disputes in Minnesota, and to abide by any limitation on damages contained in any agreement we may have with you.

As our organization, membership and benefits change from time to time, this Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use is expected to change as well. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the amended Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use at this Site. We may email periodic reminders of our notices and terms and conditions and will email LOLCB members of material changes thereto, but you should check our Site frequently to see the current Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use that is in effect and any changes that may have been made to it.
