LAND OF LAKES CHOIRBOYS
GIVING FORUMS AND RECOGNITION
We first of all want to thank everyone that gives of their time, energy, services and money to the Land of Lakes Choirboys. We appreciate all the things that you do for us and hope you see value in our program and experience the reward of your actions and contributions. It would be impossible to accomplish our goals and make this program the success it has been without your help.
To create a more equitable system in which to thank you for your endeavors and generosity with and for the Choir we are establishing the following recognition guidelines.
DONOR PROGRAM
This is unrestricted money that is donated to the Choir to help cover the budgeted operating expenses of the Choir. Those individuals, companies and foundations that provide funds in this category will be recognized in the following fashion:
1. $25 TO $99 - SPONSOR - For your contribution you will receive a “Thank You Letter,” a listing as a Sponsor in our major promotional materials and receive an invitation to our “Annual Recognition Program”.
2. $100 TO $249 - CHORISTER SPONSOR - For your contribution you will receive a “Thank You Letter,” a listing as a Chorister Sponsor in our major promotional materials, a certificate, be placed on the Sponsors Plaque in the Choir School and receive an invitation to our ‘Annual Recognition Program.’
3. $250 TO $499 - CHOIR SPONSOR - For your contribution you will receive a “Thank You Letter,” a listing as a Choir Sponsor in our promotional materials, a certificate, a Choir CD, be placed on the Sponsors Plaque in the Choir School and receive an invitation to our ‘Annual Recognition Program.’
4. $500 TO $999 - CONDUCTOR SPONSOR - For your contribution you will receive a “Thank You Letter,” a listing as a Conductor Sponsor in our promotional materials, a plaque, a choir pen, a Choir CD, be placed on the Sponsors Plaque in the Choir School and receive an invitation to our ‘Annual Recognition Program.’
5. $1,000 TO $4,999 - BENEFACTOR SPONSOR - For your contribution you will receive a “Thank You Letter,” a listing as a Benefactor Sponsor in our promotional materials, a plaque, a choir pen, a Choir CD, two complimentary tickets to our annual Benson Great Hall Concert, be placed on the Sponsors Plaque in the Choir School and receive an invitation to our ‘Annual Recognition Program.’
6. $5,000 & UP - PATRON SPONSOR - For your contribution you will receive a “Thank You Letter,” a listing as a Patron Sponsor in our promotional materials, a large plaque, a choir pen, a Choir CD, four complimentary tickets to our annual Benson Great Hall Concert and, be placed in top honors on the Sponsors Plaque in the Choir School and receive an invitation to our ‘Annual Recognition Program.’
